Keren's passion for wirework began at childhood. Her first teacher was her mother, who shared her great artistic talent and inspired Keren to begin a discovery of individual style. A self taught artist, she has taken jewelry classes and learned techniques from various sources while developing her own craft. Keren is fascinated by old-world jewelry - the intricate details and the time it takes to create them is a clear contrast to the fast modern life style that we are all used to. Her work will bring a touch of ancient nobility to your jewelry collection.
Keren was selected to display her jewelry at the National Art Exhibit, at Artisans in Mill Valley, CA. The Exhibit was juried by Marian Parmenter, Executive Director and Founder, San Francisco Museum Of Modern Art - Artists Gallery. Keren also displayed her work at The International Juried Exhibition, Manifestations: Form & Function, Denise Bibro Fine Art gallery, New York City.
In 2005 HGTV's "That's Clever" (formely known as "crafter's Coast to Coast") aired a segment on Keren's work.
On the fashion end of things, Keren has participated in NY fashion week twice in 2006, once in 2007 and also on the runway of LA fashion week in 2008. Seeing her work on the runway at Bryant park for the first time has been one of the most exciting moment of her career.
Since then, many magazines have featured Keren's work. For more details, please visit our press page.
